                                              Saturday, January 14th--both classes will be taught

SEVA for Self Care: 9:00-12:00
This 3 hour Self-Care Class covers a short history of acupressure and the development of Soul Lightening Acupressure, how energy moves through your body, the healing and tranforming power of acupressure, specific acupressure points to use for self care with plenty of reivew of the points.You will practice using SEVA Stress Release Acupressure on yourself for self care so you will feel confident to use this after you leave. You will take home a 22 page manual.

SEVA for Family and Clients: 9:00-3:30
In this 6 hour class you will learn the same information as the 3 hour Self Care class. You will also have instruction and hands on practice on how to use SEVA on another person when they are seated in a chair or lying on a massage table. You will take home a 30 page manual.

At the Self Care class you will be asked to sign an agreement not to teach SEVA to others. You may and are encouraged to show your loved ones SEVA and encourage them to do SEVA on themselves. The class materials are copyrighted through Soul Lightening.

When you attend the SEVA 6 hour class you will be asked to sign an agreement not to teach SEVA to others in a class. And that you will charge no more than $20 if you are offering SEVA as a stand alone process which takes about 20 minutes. You may include SEVA in sessions for other body work such as Reiki or massage and charge your fee for that session.

Some acupoints are not recommended during certain stages of pregnancy.

Continuing Education Hours through Soul Lightening: NCBTMB and AMTA. PDAs now available for NCCAOM licensed Acupuncturists and Diplomates of Asian Bodywork Therapy. Nurses (AHNA). “This continuing nursing education activity was approved by the American Holistic Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. Approval for contact hours through the AHNA is based on an assessment of the educational merit of this program and does not constitute endorsement of the use of any specific modality in the care of clients.”

12% of my gross income for SEVA classes is contributed to Soul Lightening for the Spirit of SEVA Project.
